Your consent is required before submitting an enquiry. Your organization name, contact details and requirements are stored on the Qiwang website server solely for follow-up and needs assessment. Please do not submit patient records or other sensitive information.

You may call us to request access to or deletion of your enquiry records. The consultation assistant matches questions with published answers. This version does not save conversations and is not connected to an external AI model.

Records are retained until the discussion is complete or you request deletion. Administrators can delete enquiries through the management console.
